A full-semester, contract position is available for a School Psychologist to support K-12 education in Accomac, VA. This in-person role involves working 37.5 hours per week and providing psychological services across two to three assigned school buildings.
Qualifications And Desired Experience
- Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings
- Ability to conduct psychological assessments and provide intervention strategies
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, families, and support staff
- Familiarity with developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and compliance with state regulations

- Accomac, Virginia
- Serving two to three school buildings within a K-12 district
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological evaluations to assess student needs and learning challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop interventions and support plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP development
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with confidentiality requirements
